    and part that they want to explore the limits of how far they can obstruct nominations in Obama's second term.  They feel pressure on filibuster reform, and they are trying to determine in this new political environment how far they can go given the likelihood of vacancies on the Supreme Court. That's my guess.  Can they get away with torpedoing Susan Rice's nomination for Sec State before it's even made?  And what implications does that have for their ability to obstruct other nominees?  2 year olds are famous for constantly testing boundaries.  I suspect this is no longer about Benghazi or Susan Rice, but about how far GOP senators will be able to bully or obstruct given the reality of re-election and the diminishing power of the senate if Reid's rules changes are enacted.
