    Moochers exist at both ends of the spectrum. They are on the dole, collecting money, because they have no productive talents. For that matter, their reproductive talents aren't that great either because they do not know how to care for (take care of) things. That's why, at the poor end, they live in dumps (shelters overflowing with junk) and at the other end they live in mansions kept up by someone else.
    I'm not sure Moochers is quite the right word. They really can't help that they can't do why thing for themselves, but have to maintain the illusion of independence so as not to get too depressed to go on living. Illusion may be a survival instinct in humans.
    Besides, if we didn't have these incompetent whom would the competents do for? In order for people to give, there have to be willing people to take. Not everyone can have furry pets.

    We organize governments to provide benefits and prevent abuse.
