Dems put some responsibilities on the Republicans and stop providing them with all the proposals and let them whine about them like little spoiled kids.

So, the Dems want to raise taxes, we have no problems telling the whole country whose taxes we want to raise and by how much.

Now, if the Republicans want to cut government spending, let's ask THEM to propose which programs they want to cut and by how much. The Dems should just say "We don't want to cut any spending at this time while the economy is still weak and a lot of people are still hurt by the Great Recession and need help. However, we are willing to listen to our Republican colleagues as to which programs they want to cut and by how much and we can negotiate from there."

Instead, all we get are whining from little kids asking the adults to take charges just so they don't have to do anything other than throwing their tantrum over things they don't like based on their solution-less kiddie "principles".

The Dems should just turn the tables on them and let them take some responsibility for a change. Last I check, Republicans still control the House which is responsible for producing the budget and they are the ones who ask for cuts in government spending. Then why does it end up as the Democrats' responsibility to provide details of the spending cuts ? Let them make their specific spending cut demands loud and clear first so they can't blame the Democrats for those cuts later.
