  •  Yes, corporate executives have become almost (5+ / 0-)

    uniformly greedy, selfish, and disconnected from their own workers.   They have no understanding that the value workers add to any corporation are the reason the corporation can have any profits at all.

    Instead, they abuse the workers, cut benefits, cheer "greater profits" and hand themselves bonuses.  

    In what world do executives who drive a company into bankruptcy deserve a $1.8 million bonus?   Yet that's what a bankruptcy judge just awarded executives of Hostess.

    The whole compensation system is just incredibly wrong. Complete reform is needed if we are to have any sort of decent economy at all.
