    You seem to be suggesting nay hinting that this is a common Empire problem.  Any other places with such leftover laws being so grossly revived and misused?  In the 'British Empire'?

    We did away with such legislation in the late 1960s; I hope that is ok with you - a bit later than we left Uganda and they became independent and able to make and act on their own decisions

    I am afraid that what I see is a bunch of American 'Christian' right wing nuts encouraging hate and seizing the chance to shape things their way.
