    You cannot legitimately defend the indefensible so you employ personally attacks, make false analogies and then claim some moral superiority and faux indignation to hide your failure to address these issues we all must take responsibility for.

    I chose not to pretend or put my head in the sand making blatantly false statements such as these:

    Obama doesn't support torture and Manning is NOT being tortured
    He most certainly is. You don't get to redefine what torture is.
    it's the fault of the terrorists who hide out with their own children knowing that they are putting them in harms way,
    You've ignored the whole point here.  We once had a system of justice that demanded a person be apprehended, brought up on charges, tried and IF convicted, sentenced.

    That IS not happening today.  With a push of a button, a person is sentenced to death without facts, without trial, without jury AND without recourse.
