    Not hard to get these - a phone call and a fax.  

    Agree with the fact that some won't fight it - but if they don't question the claim then they will get scammed and everyone will pay through higher rates.  It's the nature of the business.

      I think the point is that some companies routinely try to cheap people. THAT should never be acceptable, receipts or not.
