    This is the first time I have ever read Anything about
    a Coal powered Aircraft.   That has to take some sort
    of prize for "Outside the Box" thinking.

    I am quite familiar with the explosive dust phenomenon.

    It Used to be a real hazard in places like Grain elevators
    in the Midwest.
