    gerrymandering the state. Any sort of non-partisan or independent redistricting of the state would result in a roughly 2/3's Democratic Senate just like the Assembly.

    But their hold on power is in its dying gasps anyhow. This sort of move and the fact they couldn't outright win the 63rd district they hand crafted for Amedore shows just how tenuous their hold is.

    But with the IDC being the way it is this means that we'll have to win several more Democratic seats away from the Republicans in order to neutralize them. If a 33 - 30 majority isn't a majority that's a serious problem.
