    the connection between taxation and infrastructure.  Congress is dithering over a balanced budget while raw sewage continues to spill into NYC Harbor and will dump millions of tons of wastewater before it can be repaired.

    Since they are so fond of comparing a national budget to a home budget, imagine your roof is ripped off in a tornado and you have a $2500 deductible.  Now do you take out a homeowner's loan and repair the roof or do you save $100 each month and wait until you have saved the $2500?  Congress is proposing just that.

    The TP is going Galt in their minds and their elected representatives are following them over the ideological cliff (such as Senate rejection of UN ADA treaty).  Problem is most of them have no idea of how to lay a line of shingles
