    As the article mentioned, Democratic state senator Vincent Sheheen only lost by 4 points in a bright red year and, at just age 41, is ripe for a second go.

      That Sheheen wants a rematch. Hopefully he'll start speaking about his plans soon. Given his strong performance in 2010, I think he might clear the primary field if he does get in.

      Obviously, this is a conservative state and Sheheen won't be the favorite Democrat of movement progressives. But I'm sure we'll like him a lot more than Haley! Not to mention that beating her would be seriously boss.

      wingnut I wonder if Sheheen won't run for the Senate? I know to stand a chance a Republican couldn't be a garden variety wingnut but an uber-uber-wingnut for a Democrat to win, but.....

      By the way I was only pondering my 1st question if Sheheen DIDN'T want a rematch against Haley
