  •  Colorado will also have the ban on marijuana on (0+ / 0-)

campuses, which will disappoint those who have been celebrating at CU every year (I think it's on April 1st) with this last year's "celebration" being particularly heavy on the law enforcement.  I think many will be pushing back on this when April 1st rolls around next year.

Just for you from out of state - Colorado has gun dorms - dorms for people who have carry permits for guns so they can have their guns on campus (and in classrooms and other areas) and yet people can't bring marijuana onto campus without breaking the law.

I'm disappointed in another issue mentioned in the diary, though I don't know that Colorado has quantified it here.  16 ounces of pot brownies isn't a full batch - at least not the way I make brownies.  Since I am not going to smoke pot, the only way I could taste it would be in food, and it looks like I'll have to learn to make small batches.  Probably better for my waistline, but it will be hard to share.

I may have to search out recipes, but I'm going to verify that I'm not running afoul of work restrictions - I need my job more than I need a pot brownie.

    •  You could invite a friend over (0+ / 0-)

and make a batch that would be legal for each of you to own half of. Or a party, for an even bigger batch. Everybody brings up to an ounce, and departs with up to 16 ounces.

I wonder whether we can get guidance on this. ^_^

      Hey man, how's my baking?

Uh, I think the oven's off.

      America—We built that!
