    With DeMint leaving, it would be tragic to not get a legitimate (no, not Alvin Greene!) candidate here and/or for Graham's seat. Even though Obama never won in South Carolina, he performed adequately (44-45%) in both 2008 and 2012, demonstrating a reasonable base for a Democratic challenger.

      in South Carolina.  Either that or completely unknown, unqualified D candidates running (like Alvin Greene) or others out there solo with absolutely no D party support.  50 state strategy? Bah.  Not even a one state strategy in SC. The unopposed situations must end.  Dems aren't even in the game in too many races.
