    up to right now, I didn't fully realize that the same or at least very similar materials could be used to repel both energy wasting and mind controlling forms of radiation.

      as he was right in the line of the local radar station, so he had the aluminum in the attic and aluminumized outer sheath that he grounded ever 20'.  But it was behind a hill from the road so the tax/county inspectors would never know it was there.  Fly over was impossible as it was in the flight path of the local airport...  Then there is a loop hole, even if the tax inspector did fly over and see his new home, doing so the tax collector couldn't use that information.  It has to be in sight by the road.
