    ...I'm saying it shouldn't be a part of the debate because it's inherently a ridiculous tangent and counterproductive. Because it's unnecessary to secure SS's viability, and by putting on the table of debate they're acting like it's, well, on the table.

      The Major problem with SS is the bad economy.

      Raise the cap to the 90th percentile, fine, that gives a nice COLA.
