  •  The easiest way to address that (0+ / 0-)

    is to not stop at 100%.  If you just keep raising the rate, it should be clear that you effectively cap contributions.  So, $10,000 is taxed at 200%, $20,000 at 400%, etc.  

    I'm not even saying I agree with this, but this isn't a real problem with this idea.
