So, this Winter I come over to your house and shovel and salt your sidewalk without your consent. Then, I send you a bill for the cost of my time, labor, and materials and claim that you received the benefits of my services like everyone else on the block. I mean, I wasn't going to skip your walkway. Are you going to pay that bill?

You come to work for my company, but you refuse to follow my dress code, refuse to bathe, and refuse to use polite language to my customers.

Then you get the Republican Legislature to FORBID me from firing you because you refuse to follow my rules.

This is what people don't understand about anti-Union laws. They prevent the company from requiring employees to abide by the contract that the company made with the union.

I suggest you read the bill.

I pay for a membership to a country club. You stroll in and insist on having all the privileges & rights I do without paying for any of it. Don't like the benefits of a union, go work for lower pay at a charterbschool as others have told you.
