    but far more powerful ... only if those on the other end of the relationship choose to see it that way, I fear.

    The reality that "customer service" is the Synder mentality means that "market share approval" is all that really matters to Gov. Helium and his cabal, and therefore that "customer dissatisfaction" is the only metric that really registers with him.

    And of course, without recourse to alternative "vendors" for us "customers" to "purchase" "services" from ... we're "screwed."

    In times like these, we cannot make too much music.

      Rights and survival are not market shares.  Safe working and educational environments are not commodities to be tossed around in "Focus Groups" and revenues only distributed through "Best Practices" like freaking Wal-Mart.
