  •  Here's how Walker admits guilt (5+ / 0-)

He said of his campaign conference calls:

The Republican governor insisted the contact between his county and campaign staffs was routine.
We know from the Rindfleisch sentencing documents when these "routine" calls were held (page 35, Nardelli's email):
The County Executive has asked that we conduct a conference call daily at 8:00 a.m.
Then we know from the Rindfleisch criminal complaint that standard County hours were 8am-5pm (page 8, section G).  Also from the sentencing documents, page 6, we have Rindfleisch declaring "I'm switching my hours to 7-4" in February 2010.  In either case, 8am was during Rindfleisch's work hours.

Putting it all together, Walker is on public record as having personally used a public resource (namely, Rindfleisch's time while she was on the clock) for the purposes of his campaign.

I also like to periodically point out that the 527 "The Scott Walker Trust" still exists, which is illegal if Scott Walker is not under investigation for violation of Chapters 11 or 12 of the Wisconsin Statutes (or his agents, which he's already assured us is not the case; see its filings at this IRS search form, forms 8871 and 8872, "The Scott Walker Trust" as the organization name is sufficient).

Fake candidates nominated by the GOP for the recalls: 6 out of 7. Fake signatures on the recall petitions: 4 out of 1,860,283.

    •  Don't forget about that "smoking gun" (0+ / 0-)

email Walker sent after the hidden router and private email system got exposed.  He sent it to Russell, who at that time didn't work in his office anymore, to order "no laptops", etc.   The money quote, however, is that he ordered that everything be done to prevent another story being circulated in the media about these activities.

Walker can't claim to be ignorant of what went on.

There already is class warfare in America. Unfortunately, the rich are winning.
