it's the initiative that they specifically wrote out in this bill. The way to get rid of it is to de-elect the bas+ards that put it in, elect Democrats and repeal it legislatively.
Unless there's a method via the courts and I'm sure some of the lawyer types here can fill in on that.

If I ran this circus, things would be DIFFERENT!

inevitable inititive drive to repeal this.  The magic number is apparently 260,000 signatures to get it on the ballot.  Very doable.  Heavy voting in an offyear elections can be a good thing for our base.
Unfortunately it will also mean a S**TSTORM of out of state Koch & Co. money flooding our airwaves and distorting the election.  I can already hear the "Vote worker freedom, vote Right to Work" ads. If we can organize to fight back hard there's a great opportunity because the entire Michigan Senate goes up for election in '14 and of course the House too.  If we can get the base mobilized, even in our gerrymandered state there's hope to grab at least one lever of power along with getting this thrown out.

Commercials are now running nonstop.  All pro-RTW.

And they're trying to rename it "Freedom to Work" now, because most people here seem to know exactly what "right to work" means.
