    You support states being able to constrain Civil Rights?

    Not me -- I think the Bill of Rights should apply equally, no matter what state you happen to be in.

    Your own mileage may, of course, vary.

    There are quite a few out there who try to use the rallying cry of "State's Rights!" to undermine those rights that they don't, personally, approve of.

      civil right to be able to carry a concealed weapon, In fact you assume I think it is a civil right to carry hand gun at all. I do not. Personally I think the Courts and, the NRA and RKBA group have a complete mis-reading of what the 2nd amendment means. But what the hey  you won I lost moving on. Just do not come to my house packing a gun you will not be allowed in.

      The 47% also "pay all the taxes that are legally required and not a dollar more" but when Romney does it he thinks it's a virtue, while when they do it, he thinks they are deadbeats.
