the only ones that I feel are bearable.

If I am mourning and seek a church to care for my sorrows, I need music to comfort me and some church windows I could look out to the sky through. I don't see that in that room.

OMG, now people are weeping out load while the President reads the names of the dead.

I can't mourn in that atmosphere. I am leaving.

    •  I am sorry (13+ / 0-)

I do not want to see the sun, or the clouds, or hear music in the background.

I want this fixed.  I don't want to lose another child.  I want somebody to tell me this will be fixed.  That somebody will try to fix this.

This is what my President is now doing.  This helps me.  I sobbed out loud, but this is helping me.  I hope it is helping these families as well.

        and were so easily misunderstood.

I hope after reading again that you understand that I appreciated the words by the President.

Nor do I look out for background music. Nor do all people mourn in the same ways. Nor am I a person of many words and I don't need as many as were given. It's a cultural thing.

The only music that spoke to me was the song that the Rabbi
offered in this service. As someone said in the thread, who apparently was Jewish, "We can do sorrow". The words of the song I didn't understand spoke more to my heart than the words I could understand. So, that's what I meant to say, I need the music that expresses the feelings I have.
