In favor of sane gun rights but lobbying against insane or helping unburden.

Then Sue. Then look great. Win money that would've went to families. Rovian, but hey he did "win" two elections.

        •  I was first in my class in (0+ / 0-)

business Orgs and Tax. So that for about 4 yrs. Quit job when I started having to "collect" after I collected from a guy who had none.

Went to Argentina. Got hired by my Old Firm's biggest client to be in house. He has about 100 companies and too many firms.

So I've enjoyed because no other attorneys and I can be creative learn specialties (so I've say gone from getting friends out of criminal trouble to fighting the EPA (they're wrong) in a HUGE matter, to another Specialty)

But again, contracts, setting up LLC's if I meet you at a bar and you're a sole proprietor I'll tell you to EMAIL me and I'll set it up for free. It's just a rip off to go to a firm have them replace the name/members and charge you 1500.

I have all the same forms and what I'm most familiar with.

Doing way more litigation than I want now (and in specialtes- mostly the "thinking" is well CA is on salary we spent $1,000,000.00 on legal fees and got nowhere give it to him . . . except I have 20 other things that was the thinking). So it's honestly impossible to say. I used to be able to say anything but criminal or domestic but I've even had to help people in that (my boss has a lot of female friends).

          •  I'm good at studying any area for (0+ / 0-)

(depending on complexity weeks/months (months was CH11) and being at least competent if its really really a specialty enough to keep up with, as in not lose).

Oh and I volunteered at Hospice for awhile, so estate planning is very easy (as in mostly forms as well).
