      There are a lot of great demos. When I first started making almond milk, I was always stuck for something to do with the pulp. I now make almond milk in order to have pulp! If you want any suggestions about things to do with it, let me know.

          don't work as well. Try "raw" almonds, although almonds sold in stores are steamed as least. A few years ago, there was a food borne illness attached to almonds, and folks started pasteurizing them.

          I think a lot of people use the "raw" almonds that have been steamed -- but if you don't like the result, I have a great source for unpasteurized, organic raw almonds. It's just that you have to buy them 5 lbs at a time. If you want smaller amounts, I have sources for that, too -- I've just not used them, so I can't recommend them (or not.)
