    and take off the patch when you sleep, maybe a couple of hours before you are going to sleep.
    The patches work but if you wear them when you sleep things get weird.
    Also, instead of the patches try the lozenges and use them only when needed.  This will help you lose your nicotine addiction quicker.
    Best of luck to you.  Keep your eye on the prize.  It is SO GOOD to be nicotine free.  You can do this.
