Raise taxes on the wealthy to make the tax code more progressive.
    How about increasing spending?
    How about increasing the deficit?
How about an additional $2 trillion in spending over the next two years on infrastructure and the safety net?
    Let's lower the Medicare age.
Let's lower the social security age.

Let's pay for the lowered social security and medicare by a direct transfer from the Treasury to the Social security and medicare accounts.   Additional regressive payroll taxes.

Lower the payroll taxes and increase the income taxes on the upper brackets.

We can pay for all of this by issuing government IOUs at 0% interest denominated in dollars that can be given back to the government to eliminate tax liability dollar for dollar.
