    I disagree with your depiction of both.  Clinton and Obama, like all presidents, have good and bad points.

      Obama is either weak or eager to cut benefits.  By the way, Clinton ran on cutting welfare.  He never, ever allowed himself to debate the debt ceiling.  Let's remember the debt ceiling is raised after the fact, after Congress has already spent the money.

        should consider doing something bold regarding this whole thing.  That could be considered holding the President hostage, I suppose.
