    But his approach to politicizing law and dismantling the Constitution are fairly commonplace today among GOP jurists and attorneys who serve in government.

    From sanctioning torture to routine spying on U.S. citizens to refusing to prosecute banks engaging in massive money laundering schemes,  Bork has many acolytes in contemporary government.

    Democratic Leaders must be very clear they stand with the working class of our country. Democrats must hold the line in demanding that deficit reduction is done fairly -- not on the backs of the elderly, the sick, children and the poor.

      are the GOP playbook. He's been a cause celebre for the libertarian loons faction of the GOP since he was defeated.
      Let's see if that dies down.

        AG Holder, etc.  There are many Dems who have adopted these radical beliefs as well.
