    All Presidents carry in their hearts a flaw that does enormous damage to their Presidency. In fact, frequently, it's the thing that helped them most to win the White House. It's almost like Shakespeare designed the Presidency in order to provide grist for future playwrights.

    I noted that the President made an unusual comment regarding the perception that many republican representatives are opposed, not so much to any plan, but to him personally. It's not that they give a rat's ass about any financial deal, so much as they don't want a deal with him personally because they hate him for reasons that are apparent to us all.
