She was relentless in her pursuit of Obama to help the auto industry.  She did the math, and she made him do the homework.

What we need is a Democrat in the White House.

    •  This is amazing. (0+ / 0-)

Whenever a policy decision is made that blows up or is not embraced, it is all on the President, but when something goes well....hey,that was Jennifer Granholm's ass flapping in the breeze as as the President gambled his presidency on bailing out the auto industry.

Give me a break. Maybe you missed Jennifer's wonderful speech at the DNC?  She seemed to give the President a little of the credit.

for his "come to jesus" moment.   Is that better than your mouth or Granholm's ass flapping in the breeze?

I live in Michigan.  I worked with the state, and it was my job to deal with the 1,000s who were dislocated from Chrysler at the height of the banks attack on this country. It took Granholm a long time to convince Obama to commit.  He did it, but he wasn't happy about it one damned bit - until it  paid off during his  re-election bid.   Despite the attitude and how long and hard Granholm had to work on him to get him to commit, Obama got his reward from the midwest industrial states.
