    Why can't presidential campaigns be loaned the money to pay for the costs of transition, pending approval based on realistic needs, and having to be paid back by the losing campaign, if not in full then at least at depreciated value, or the assets taken back by the GSA to be used for other purposes?

    We're not talking a huge amount of money here, but it's the principle.

      to be set, with a final complete audit that charges the campaign for BS items would be the simplest way of dealing with it.

      I am not religious, and did NOT say I enjoyed sects.
