    There's very little time for the discharge petition to come to a vote.  I heard one Democrat on T.V. say that after the discharge petition gets 218 votes, they have to wait a week before the bill is brought to a vote.  And once the session is over, the bill would have to go through the Senate again.

    As far as I know, not one Republican has signed it.  Representative Cole is a big talker, but I don't think he's signed it.  He just wants to have it both ways.  He wants his constituents back home to think he's for keeping their taxes from going up, while making sure the Tea Party knows he'd never do anything to cross them.
