    I recall a rather famous British libel case against Leon Uris for a statement he made in one of his books that turned out to be false (or, at least, unproven,) The libeled plaintiff won the case, and was awarded a penny in damages.

    How long would the Phelps' business model survive judges finding for them and then awarding them damages of $1.00?

    (I'm assuming they are so odious they don't dare present their case before a jury.)
