    victims that escaped/left and now have unlisted addresses? Did they screen the list for victims of stalking?

    This sounds dangerous and irresponsible. Those lists should be sealed.

        situation, and place other people in harms way when an armed altercation occurs.

        The gun is the last ditch defense. Secrecy/ privacy is the precautionary measure taken to avoid confrontation so that the gun stays a last ditch option rather than first response.

        Holy Moley, Splashy I don't have anything bad to say about you personally, but I do wish you would reconsider what you are talking about.

          Most abusers are cowards, who will back off if they think they might get hurt. I have backed off several just with words and a bit of attitude, protecting someone.

          It seems like stalkers would be similar.
