  •  What does number of guns stolen have to do with (0+ / 0-)

this? (There are more than a million cars stolen every year. And probably 2 million watches. And?) Do you actually think there is some criminal enterprise out there that just can't wait to get their hands on a list of houses with guns in them? That is just nuts. There are guns EVERYWHERE in this country. If a criminal wants a gun he can go to a gun show and get a ton of them, land for pretty damn cheap.

Do you even listen to yourself? Why in (0+ / 0-)

god's nuts would a "criminal" need to break into a house to steal a gun

Oh and no, felons can't buy guns legitimately either.

You're completely dodging whether or not the list would actually work AGAINST the people not on the list, as identifiers to the thieves (or worse) that a weapon is not on the premises.

I get why you're being evasive and throwing out strawmen about cars (so now guns are cars, watches, and milk according to Little); you were completely OWNED after being snide and dismissive, which probably burns pretty badly.

Name ONE thing the list accomplishes that you could not, by simply asking the homeowner when entering: "Do you have any guns here?"

I named TWO reasons why it WASN'T a good idea to publish the list.

      •  Wow. Felons can't buy guns, huh? (0+ / 0-)

You need to stop talking about this subject. Honestly. It's embarrassing.

        Related.

        •  Embarrassing? Like citing an illegal sale (1+ / 0-)

In a debate on whether a criminal will act illegally to obtain guns?

I can only assume you're here, to answer the comment below, to get your daily fucks and condescension attempts in. I'm sorry you need that to feel superior or respected, especially since it's having the opposite effect.

          •  No. Embarrassing to imply that criminals would (0+ / 0-)

need to or want to use this list - and would actually use the list to choose a house to break into in order to steal a gun, risking being shot, among other things - because it's so hard to get guns otherwise.

            That is really, really embarrassing.

You know what's also embarrassing? Making that argument - and then making what is basically the opposite argument: that this list will endanger people not on the list. That you missed the (unregistered!) elephant gun in the room on that side - well, honestly  - dude. You're digging quite a hole here.

      •  How it would work against people not on the list? (0+ / 0-)

That is also just so obtuse as to be willfully stupid. You do know that shotguns and rifles don't need to registered, right?

Fuck - why the fuck am I giving such fucking nonsense time?
