  •  Thinking to much aka "Monkey Mind" (0+ / 0-)

Starves intuition so therefore; until the day I take my last breathe, I will endeavor in the present moment to give the mind a rest, and enjoy the "no thing ness" that flows thereafter, which I believe is what all souls realize, far to late in life-

Easier said than done in these the dark days; opposite the time of the year when one can run off into "no thing ness" for ten to fourteen miles of still mind, sun drenched galloping meditation, that fills an oil reservoir of consciousness used to burn awareness, thru which presence can flow-

Meditation with mantra, breathing 4-7-8, or staring into the moonlight suffice; but there is "no thing ness" like running wild, and so therefore snowshoe running is next up in a never ending quest to achieve less mind constrained thinking; and in doing so, results in deeper, clearer thoughts, when the tool is turned back on...

Evidence that contradicts the ruling belief system is held to extraordinary standards, while evidence that entrenches it is uncritically accepted. -Carl Sagan
