    And if that is Obama's game, I'm behind him 100%.

    But if he signs off on chained CPI as part of some last minute feeble deal, I will change my registration back to Green.

      that seems very clear to me. I don't think he has some grand design to crush the Republicans. I wish he did and I think he can but I don't think he will. They may do it to themselves however and may be incapable of giving in enough to allow Obama to rescue them from the brink.

      The more I see gerrymandered districts guaranteed to return a teabagger to Congress with corporate money if a Republican Congressman tries to govern rather than be a shill.  The more I begin to believe that the game plan should become to help the Republican party self destruct.

      Its destruction would lead to a single, unity Democratic party with either the liberal  or conservative ends re-branching off in a few election cycles and creating another great political party.

      Republicans need to go the same way as the Whigs did. Time to destroy the Evil Empire of Republicans that is paralyzing government.
