  •  we're living under a veil of terse (8+ / 0-)

there's a tyranny of worse-worse choices pretended to be the only options

It's insisted that lies must be perpetuated to keep the pressure of verifiable actions in truth from solving anything because it would diminish the power of preventers and relax their grip on every aspect of outcome, practice, framing, scheming, hyping, griping, thinking and reporting.

But Rolling Stone and Democracy Now and McKibben and DKos and other lights in the starkness still bring it, but they just rarely sing it.

Thompson was fun. So was Tom Wolfe. But so are we as we keep on keepin on, Hell or high water, Iraq or Katrina, Koch, or Sandy, Newtown or Cliff seller.

We must improve how we deal with bullies.
They aren't an answer. Just an obstacle.

The GOP has no core principles which they refuse to compromise.
They just refuse to compromise. They think like death. A cult. Beyond stupid. A flat line. They're going to hold their breath til they drop dead.

They need to be revealed as the vultures and not the virtues of society.
They're a trapdoor, not a platform. They don't fix anything. They run up debts and blame others to pay them.

Barak Obama has more talent and relevance than a thousand Bushes, Boehners, Kochs, McConnells. What did any/all of them accomplish?

Hunter Thompson was a little unusual as a writer. His style fun. He wasn't the only freak in Colorado. I wonder did he myth himself out of this world?

clime parches on. terms: ocean rise, weather re-patterning, storm pathology, drout-famine, acceptance of nature.
