    What most don't realize is that without the farm bill we revert to older laws passed back in the late 30s and early 40s. Those bills were concerned with price support and call for the US government to buy milk if the price adjusted for inflation falls below a base price in order to push the price up. That base price would now be over $7 a gallon.

    If the disfuntional House doesn't get its act together the US government will be required to star buying milk at over $7 a gallon until the retail prices exceeds that.
