    Some people are completely against taking a hot/warm bath.  BUT if you are achy, congested, just plain feeling shitty...try a lemon bath with epsom salt.

    Really it helps and I'm not telling you what to do this...3 lemons, chopped in the blender skins and all. sieve the juice into a bowl and take the pulp and put it in an old - clean - pantyhose leg, lightweight linen towel that can be tied or some other instrument of providing lemon to the water.

    turn on the faucet and get it as hot as you can stand (but remember you have to sit in it later). Add three handsfull of epsom salt. get the chopped confined lemons and toss it under the stream and the extra juice. If your skin tends to dry out - a little olive oil helps lubricate the water.  

    Fill the tub, get in, lose any draft you may have in your bathroom - maybe light a candle and chill.

    You'll feel much better. Swear.

    In the end these things matter most: How well did you love? How fully did you live? How deeply did you let go?

      and thanks for the lemon add... there is nothing that an epsom salt bath won't help to feel better. Really. I mean it.
