      a unified (singular) movement by any means. There are differing ideas. Some parallel Native American treaty rights that guarantee sovereignty for certain recognized tribes. Some proponents want a state within the state. The issue has been around ever since the Hawaiian monarchy was deposed and placed with colonial governance.
