    rate, probably one of the lowest in the nation. Whatever they decide about their classrooms we need to remember that they have a record the rest of our states should seek to emulate.

      The point where the majority of your population supports the GOP, you are at the bottom. It is the way they want their captive populations, poorly educated, lacking history, and core competencies. You have any of those skills and you immediately realize how bad the GOP is.

        Utah goes GOP probably about the way you go Dem. More a product of where they come from than any deep seated philosophy.
