For the first time ever the public has evidence of private companies sharing detailed information with federal law enforcement -- for political suppression.

I speculate the proposal to use 'suppressed sniper fire' was from a private security contractor 'assisting' the FBI.

If you don't take the FBI's cavalier discussion of assassination by high powered rifle seriously, you need to learn about what happened at Ruby Ridge.

In the 1960s the FBI worked with groups like the KKK ("some of these forces are those that burn crosses") to assassinate peaceful civil leaders.  Now the feds are working with Master card and CHASE bank.

Occupy is not afraid of the police.  There are no actual leaders of occupy to kill/capture.

Occupy should probably thank the FBI for this -- things were very quiet in my network a week ago.  No longer :-)

has become the real national security threat to personal liberty.

To have no barrier between the for-profit sector and the federal  government to gather information on citizens should be an outrage shared by every political stripe who value personal liberty.

up interest in OWS.  I'm sure that lots of militia types and conspiracy nuts are going to make for great compadres.  Good luck.
