are both weasels of the worst order. I noticed that the new and improved FISA and NDAA was passed with both of their votes. The Senate and every other branch of our government is just a farce. Why do they even bother with the bad unbelievable kabuki anymore? It's ridiculous who believes this bs when they go into their complicit dance over and over again and act like there is any question as far as the outcome. Orwellain double think and speak and I'm no longer able to whip up the suspension of belief required to watch this farce. 9% approval rating and for good reason this show sucks.

Pardon my cynicism this morning but after reading about the passage of these two anti-democratic Acts, the bs about filibuster reform compromise's along with cliffs of mass deception, and to top it off the revelation that the crackdown on that 'terrorist' organization OWS was a corporate/government endeavor I'm just unable to get properly outraged at the totally bogus antics of the senate. They will do nothing that reforms anything they are just smoke and mirrors that do not disguise their agenda of by-partisan anti-democratic mendacity.

but today that outrage is just one big lumped together mass. Schumer is just one of the actors playing his part and the whole farcical mess electorally and every which way seems to be one seamless cloth that cannot be unraveled. The only remedy I can see is to stop believing that our duly elected Democratic representatives are fighting for any democratic agenda or any common good. They also are destroying our system and the rule of law.

They are complicit with RW maniac's and most of them have the same agenda as they are simply the lesser evil in our one party fascist state. The right response is outrage but at what point do we the people say enough? I've been outrages since the Bush selection and subsequent coup. I have watched for 13years, over and over the Democrat's betrayal, complicity and refusal to fight for 'we the people' or even our basic human civil rights. They take all remedies off the table and tell us it's the GOP's fault.

I became active in the Democratic party and worked hard to elect them because of 'the fierce urgency of now'. I supported them to fight the RW fascist theocratic coup not to be the lesser of an evil that is fascistic and anti-democratic. I have no idea what we can do. I think I've had enough. I just hope that decent ordinary people will let go of their fear and quit consenting to this nightmare.

The fear is misplaced and that is by design, imho. When they call peaceful protesters and populist movements 'terrorists' and sic their goons and enforcers on them however, it makes it hard for people to the truth and believe in the delusions, illusions projected. nobody likes to admit that they have been bamboozled and that their government means them harm. Sometimes however you got to face what's right before your l;ying eyes.

I do not believe that this anti-democratic nightmare is inevitable or too big to fail. I believe in people and the fact that they throughout history have managed to withdraw consent when the oligarchical collectivists go too far. The only remedy/response to the shock doctrine is to quit reacting to the latest shock and to stop fearing these fuckers. People collectively do have power and they have to somehow figure out how to use it, globally.

I guess this lesser evil we voted for is just too evil for me stomach.
