    and it has never really been associated with cancer
    Neither have stab wounds. We have this fixation about cancer and screen intensively for it, but somewhat exclusively too, which is why so many endocrine disrupters were given a clear bill of health.

     

    The Department of Homeland Security and the TSA have basically issued statements saying that everything is fine, it is a small dose of radiation, and there is no risk of cancer due to even repeated exposure to these machines.
    Except for all the doubts as to whether they are properly calibrated, maintained or operated. The TSA has no credibility in this area, none whatsoever.
