How can you call it a "bad bargain" when the entire bargain has yet to be finalized and we still don't know the terms that have been finalized?

      Ask questions later.

You are exactly the person I was thinking of.

I think it is funny that you wrote that comment.

The White House (Democrat or Republican) to 'float' ideas.  I guarantee you, the Obama Administration has their pulse on what is being said, yeah or nay, about their proposals.  I'm guessing they have the political expertise to determine what they can get away with based on the praise or screams from the internet.

I believe by holding our tongues, by saying, "Dear me, I'm not in the room so I'll just hold my nose and trust my leadership" does us Democrats a disservice.  Our leaders need our feedback.  The Republicans, love them or hate them, do seem to be more responsive to input from their voters and afraid of being challenged for their transgressions than Democrats.

Or are you criticizing folks praising the deal in the same way?

We are all going pff reports, but you save your criticism for those of us who think the deal is not a good one.

      That tells me something.
