screw this "we all must respect Dear Leader" bullshit, especially when he's blowing another negotiation.  I hope he's never responsible for my life if I'm taken hostage.

    •  My god, have you ever listened to yourself? (0+ / 0-)

You sound like you're about the same age Grover was when he came up with "the pledge."

I'm not the one demanding some unspoken loyalty oath to the president where you can't criticize him.  I'll say whatever want about the guy I voted for, including the fact that he's a shitty negotiator.

those here trying to use backhanded ways (reporting me for "HR abuse", whatever the hell that is) to silence speech they don't agree with sounds an aweful lot like the GOP to me.  You don't agree with me?  Then make the counter argument as passionately as you see fit.  But I've earned the right to criticize the President, publicly and in any way I choose.

HR abuse comes from when someone HR's a comment of YOURS and others disagree with it therefore they uprate your comment to counteract the HR abuse.  Which is what happened with your other comment.

The HR abuse came from those who HR'd your comment (currently 4 of them did so) not you.

I'm kinda wishing several of our Democrats had taken a pledge or two.  Promises don't seem to mean much these days.
