    to afraid to risk his job by voting against it. Republicans are basically cowards.

    There is no such thing as an off year election. Every election effects each other. We need to work as hard in 2014 as we did in 2012.

      that really bothers me. This sort of bill should be a no-brainer for any member of congress ESPECIALLY if you represent an area that got hit by the disaster. Voting no may make him more politically vulnerable but I really hope he votes yes for no other reason but the fact that it is the right thing to do.
