    morning quarterbacking I listen to here at work. I'm thinking that the biggest difference between talking it and actually doing it (as I think you clearly indicate), is that I do the talking of it based on conclusions I come to in my own head or in "discussions" with peers who are also not "doing it" and then share those insights as though they either reflect or could have an impact on what already happened or what could alter future happenings in the arena about which I am speaking (and in which I'm not really practicing my craft). In that arena, there are also discussions going on, plans being offered and rejected, strategies gone over and over by individuals as well, and the stakes are an awful lot higher for them to either act or choose to abstain from action based on these discussions. It's always easier to be "right" when the stakes involve basically anonymous comments that risk being criticized by what amount to other basically anonymous comments. Thank you for your thoughts.
