    Had some sweet potato ones frozen from an earlier batch, plus made some new white potato ones to have enough. Boiled then sauteed in olive oil and tossed in black olive + caper marinara.

    Lots of good cooking this week. Yesterday was chicken thigh and kabocha squash korma. Day before was chickpeas and beets with fried paneer in an onion lemon olive oil sauce.

    When the kiddo goes back to college in a week, we go back to small routine dining.
